I am leaning to weak spark the only way to test this is a spark gap tester about 9.00 from autozone. This tester is not a light it has 2 points the spark jumps across that is adjustable....This may be the only way to see if spark is enough to light it off. Hey guys, I am new to the site and I have a 2003 KFX 400 that runs great, but now does not have spark. The bike turns over, but has no spark at all to the plug and while it is turing over the starter solenoid by the battery is making a clicking sound.
