I solved it in 5 minutes with $2 in materials. Took 400 grit sandpaper and sanded the contacts (both sides, bonnet and base) clean. Then applied dielectric grease (not 100% necessary but should help in the long run, available at any autoparts store as light bulb grease). I highly suggest restoring your pinch detect switches to stock and use some petroleum jelly to encapsulate the contact points so you do get any errant pinch detect errors but preserve the functionality of the switch.
