Anyway, Mercari reviewed the disputed transaction for 4 fucking days and then sided with the buyer citing "insufficient packaging" on my behalf. I am PISSED. I have made over 300 sales on Mercari and NEVER had an item arrive broken - in fact most of my ratings include comments from buyers about how well I packed their item.
