Nov 4, 2022 · For my 3″ block, the center square was cut at 2″ square. The Seed Catalog print from Spring Brook has a variety of fun little motifs that can be fussy cut. I also opted to use strip piecing in place of cutting & sewing individual squares in the first step. I cut 2 strips, each 7/8″ x 9″, in place of the (8) C squares and the (8) D) squares.
