I checked in Swamp Cave on The Island. After 1 hour, everything has respawned, and a full clear with double XP bonus (from explorer note) will then yield the "fully respawned" amount of XP: 277000 XP. [edit: Forgot to say, I am on an x10 XP server, so all of these XP values are with that in mind.]
