Actually I think uworld was very helpful. The format is exactly like the real test. My strategy was to order most stuff at once since, honestly, pressing the button to "get the next result" takes a significant amount of limited time, so you should have all the orders you want in.

I think UWorld has better content than Archer. Depending on when your exam is, I would get UWorld and renew Archer to practice different style questions.

I’m using Uworld right now and it’s really great content wise , when you get something wrong it really does a good job at explaining why it’s wrong and why the other options are correct/ wrong . Uworld gives a lot of patient information in their questions and the ones I had on the nclex did not. I took my NCLEX and passed using uWorld and Nurse achieve. Yeah I did Archer and Uworld. Archer is most similar to the nclex but uworld teaches you better through the rationales. Simple nursing is great for reviewing things you forgot. Use UWorld (or other QBanks) to simulate never-before-seen questions. Full disclosure: I used Kaplan’s Question Bank first. My NBMEs were in the 250s before I even started UWorld.
