Polaris ranger 900 turns over but wont start.
If the starter turns over, the solenoid contacts are bad. I think it is on the frame next to the battery. It will be one of the following: a corroded connection at the solenoid or the starter or a bad solenoid. You have a known good battery, and if the contacts look good, the other option is the solenoid itself is bad.

Look in from the drivers side, you will see a red wire connected to the starter. Pull the little rubber cover back, connect small jumper cable, then touch the other side to the POS on the battery. This will eliminate any safety or switches. If you want it to start, turn the key to run before you spin the starter.One wet plug could suggest an injector stuck open or no spark on that cylinder. It might be worth putting a visual spark tester onto your plugs to see if you're getting proper spark. He did change the plug. 570 only has one, single cylinder. Pull the plug. Leave it connected to the plug wire, lay on engine, crank over and watch for spark. Get a compression gauge and check compression, should be 80 or better, I think. Get a pressure gauge and check fuel pressure at fuel rail.
